Our website is designed to provide you with our service in a secure and convenient manner. We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security and privacy.
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address correctly and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all your request within 24 hours.
Normally hotels do not ask for a deposit when making a booking, however at times if high demand such as public holidays they may do. When a deposit is required this can be done using your credit card. You have the choice of using the on-line credit card payment scheme or printing a copy of the debit authorization, completing your card details, signing the form and faxing it to us.
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations, please let us know as early as possible so that we can notify the hotel, there will be no cancellation charge. We aim to provide information and the most competitive room rates.

Payment directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out.

For Prepaid Rates
You will not be charged at the time of making reservation. But we will debit full amount to your credit card
For Non-prepaid Rates
On your credit card statement, the bill will appear is 'All Ttavel Spots Inc. ', not the hotel.
CONFIRMATION
For Prepaid Rates
We will send you a hotel voucher upon payment via e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
Please do not pay room charges at the hotel again. Since you already paid to us, you will only pay your personal expenses such as minibar telephone charges, laundry etc. and will be settled directly at the hotel.
For Non-prepaid Rates
We will send you e-mail confirmation of your booking. You can print out the e-mail confirmation and present it to the hotel front desk upon checking-in. Or in the other way, you can show them your passport or advise your name at hotel reception upon check-in.
We guarantee that all information given to us will be treated in the strictest confidential and will never be passed on to a third party.
